Our Clientele
Because of Peter Mullaney’s background in private client law, the bulk of our clientele are solo entrepreneurs, family-operated small businesses, small business “key men” and ”key women,” and other high-net-worth clients. The need for a Last Will and Testament being universal, however, our estate planning clients represent the broad spectrum of financial backgrounds.

Fees
We want our clients to feel that they can rely on us as they rely upon their other advisors. Attorney-client relationships suffer if the client is reluctant to consult the attorney for fear of receiving a bill for the attorney’s time. Therefore we charge primarily fixed project fees rather than hourly rates, and we do not bill clients for questions about work in process or recently completed. All fee proposals are submitted to the client before work on a project begins.

Fees may be paid by check or online here.
