About Peter Mullaney

Peter Mullaney was born and raised in New England. He was educated at Berwick Academy, Amherst College, and Wesleyan University. He received his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1996. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.

Before taking the bar, Peter worked as a Capitol Hill reporter, a radio disc jockey, a musician, and a paralegal. He has worked in the Atlanta legal community for more than 20 years; these include nine-and-a-half years at Alston & Bird and five-and-a-half years at The Graham Private Client Law Group. He started Peter C. Mullaney, Attorney at Law in January 2014.

Since April 2014 he has been Of Counsel to the Los Angeles-based Yang Professional Law Corporation.

Peter is also Secretary of Croix Rouge Farm Memorial Foundation, which celebrates the heroism of Alabama soldiers of the 167th Infantry Regiment in World War I.

Peter lives in Atlanta. In his spare time he enjoys learning languages, playing lacrosse, playing music, and writing.
